Referral Information We realize couples
going through infertility face significant
non-medical concerns such as costs of
treatment. It is important to note most
insurance companies require a referral
from the primary care physician for
fertility care before any coverage can
be considered. We are providers with
several insurance companies. We recommend
patients contact their health benefits
provider to determine their policies
and coverage.
