At Kettering Medical Center, Patient Relations professionals are available to assist our patients with concerns, special needs, comments or suggestions. We assist patients with understanding their rights and responsibilities. When called upon, we work to help communicate needs or concerns to the appropriate members of the hospital staff. We also may assist patients with Advanced Directives:  Ohio's Living Will, and the Durable Power of Attorney for Health Care, which are important documents that may help direct your health care.

Patients' comments help Patient Representatives improve services and facilities. You can contact us from 8 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. by dialing 395-8613 ext 55114. In the hospital, a Patient Representative may be reached through extension 55114. At the patient's request, a Representative will visit. Urgent requests may be relayed to the hospital telephone operator. A Representative is on call at all times.
