Required Capabilities There are currently 70+ vendors enrolled in the PHA Group Purchasing Program. To become a preferred vendor, you must possess the following capabilities:
· Service the entire PHA membership and affiliate members in the Dayton and surrounding areas · Provide one primary contact person dedicated to the PHA accounts · The Physician Hospital Alliance is interested in finding and contracting with vendors that will provide a needed service or product · Provide PHA contract pricing only to current PHA members and affiliate members · Deliver products/services promptly and efficiently in a manner agreed upon · Provide PHA with quarterly utilization reports on all PHA accounts · Coordinate and communicate sales activity with the PHA Physician Services Coordinator · Refer all requests that your organization cannot fulfill to the PHA office · Participate in the annual PHA Vendor Fair
Submitting a Proposal If you meet the above capabilities and are interested in becoming a preferred vendor, please submit a proposal including the following information to the Physician Services Coordinator:
· Complete list of products/services · Regular price list along with proposed PHA pricing · Delivery terms · Payment terms · Minimum order requirement (if any) · Value added services (warranties, free delivery, no minimum order, etc.)

Upon review of your proposal, you will be contacted by the Physician Services Coordinator to discuss the possibility of receiving "preferred vendor" status.
When an agreement is reached If terms are agreed upon, a contract will be written for one year with price protection guaranteed for that year. PHA will provide your organization with the following: · Membership listing of all physicians including contact name, address and telephone number · Regular updates of new PHA members and affiliate members · Exposure in a reference manual distributed to all offices · Exposure on the PHA website - one page will be dedicated to promoting your organization and will link to any existing website at your organization · Opportunity to participate in the annual PHA Vendor Fair · Marketing of your organization through faxing and newsletters · Leads provided by the Physician Services Coordinator
