How to submit an abstract

  1. Retrieve the online abstract submission form by clicking on the link below.
  2. Complete the form and click the submit button. You may cut and paste information from a Word or other document.
  3. The information you submit will be e-mailed to your sponsor and your program director for approval.
  4. Click here to retrieve the abstract submission form.

Deadlines

February 29, 2008 Initial abstract form with registration and Program Director's signature due
March 30, 2008 Paper with final abstract due
April 15, 2008 E-mail/letter notification of selection for an oral or poster presentation
May 2, 2008 Oral and poster presentations judged from 11:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m. in the Dean Teaching Amphitheater at Kettering Memorial Hospital
May 27, 2008 Announcement of the research competition winners
