The Joslin Diabetes Center affiliate at Southview Hospital offers a variety of diabetes classes throughout the Dayton area designed to meet the needs of people with either type 1 or type 2 diabetes. Whether you have recently been diagnosed with diabetes or have lived with diabetes for many years, these classes will provide the training and information needed to feel confident in managing your diabetes.

A comprehensive diabetes education program designed to empower the person with diabetes. We will teach you how to achieve your goals for diabetes control by integrating medication, nutrition, physical activity, blood sugar monitoring and problem solving into your lifestyle.
