Southview Women’s Center is affiliated with Southview Hospital and Maternity Center. We take care of women in every phase of their lives from annual pap smears and breast exams to birth control, pregnancy up through menopause. Southview Women's Center provides exceptional education and treatment for any diagnosis. Your surgery or delivery will be done at Southview Hospital where you will receive excellent care from experienced and trained staff.

Lodging of Complaints:
Any complaint or concern is to be reported immediately to the Manager for problem resolution. If you are uncomfortable confronting the manager please contact Grandview Patient Relations at 723-3212.

Patient Satisfaction Survey:
We strive for complete patient satisfaction. We take pride in our service and continually assess and evaluate our current system. In order to measure our success we depend upon your feedback and your experience at our center. Please take a moment and complete a survey at the end of your visit and place it in the suggestion box at the front check out desk.

Professional Staffing:
Staffed with Grandview/Southview Obstetric and Gynecology resident physicians. These resident’s have graduated from medical school and are licensed to practice medicine and surgery in the State of Ohio and who have elected to continue their medical education in Obstetrics and Gynecology. These residents in collaboration with an Attending physician will be responsible for your health care needs both in the Center and in the Hospital.

Accessibility:
We are available 24 hours a day, Seven days a week to address any medical concerns. Daytime phone number to contact is 401-6822. Evening and Weekends is 401-6850 or 22-Birth. Ask to speak to the Obstetric and Gynecology resident on call. Narcotic Medications will not be called in after hours or on the weekends. Please note that refills on prescriptions may take 48-72 hours to process. If your situation is an emergency report to Southview Emergency Room or Call 911.

Financial Assistance:
Southview Women’s Center has a Medicaid Specialist on site to assist completing the appropriate applications to qualify for Medicaid or Hospital Care Assurance Program (HCAP). A sliding Fee scale is available for qualified applicants that may not qualify for state or Federal assistance. All Self pay patients are welcomed and financial arrangements can be made.

Payment Arrangements:
If you are having difficulty paying your bill please contact Southview Women’s Center and speak to the billing department. If you become delinquent on your account it will be turned over to a collection agency. This can be avoided by keeping in touch with the billing department.
