Financial Arrangements
The business office will contact you concerning financial arrangements prior to surgery to obtain all information needed to verify and process insurance benefits. Dayton Eye Surgery Center will notify you in advance of expected patient responsibility including any unmet deductible and coinsurance. The Center accepts cash, cashier’s checks, patients’ personal checks, Mastercard and Visa.
